苏南地区外来务工人员心理适应状况分析

Analysis of Migrant Workers' Psychological Adjustment And Psychological Assistance

本研究对苏南地区外来务工人员进行了心理适应状况的调查,分析其在城市归属感、城市生活条件满意度、自尊、自我价值认同、人际关系和家庭幸福感等6个反映心理适应性的因子得分上的相关,并将不同性别、年龄、受教育水平、进入城市年限和经济收入水平的被试在反映心理适应性的6个因子得分上的差异进行分析比较。针对外来务工人员心理适应状况,提出了心理援助的建议。

This paper adopts the method of questionnaire to investigate the psychological adaptation condition of migrant workers.It also analyzes the relationship among the scores of the following six elements which can reflect their psychological adaptability：their sense of urban belonging,satisfaction of urban life circumstance,self-esteem,self-value recognition,inter-personal relationship and family well-being.Afterwards,this paper compares and analyzes the differences between these six elements from aspects of migrant workers＇ gender,age,educational background,years of migration into city and levels of income.Finally,it finds that there exist certain connection between the testers＇ score of the six elements,especially there are obvious differences reflected in the score of some elements.Based on the empirical study,this paper offers some psychological-help strategies and suggestions for the migrant workers according to their psychological adaptability features.
