P21-ras、P53、Ki-67蛋白的表达与星形细胞瘤分化及预后的相关性研究

摘要 目的分析P21-ras、P53、Ki-67在星形细胞肿瘤中的表达,与肿瘤增生活性、分化和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化LSAB法对66例星形细胞瘤P21-ras、P53、Ki-67表达进行检测,对其中47例有随访资料的肿瘤患者存活因素进行分析。结果P53、Ki-67的表达与肿瘤分级密切相关(P<0.01)。P53、Ki-67在肿瘤中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。P53表达阳性,和Ki-67表达指数高的肿瘤预后较差。P21-ras表达与肿瘤分化及预后未见显著差异。(P>0.05)。结论星形细胞瘤也存在P21-ras基因异常,P53、Ki-67能客观的反映肿瘤的增殖速度,分化和恶性程度,可以作为判断肿瘤预后的有用指标。 Objectives To study the correlation between expression of P21-rasP53 protein, Ki-67 and proliferating activity, cell differentiation and prognosis in astrocytic neoplasms. Methods Expression of P21-rasP53 protein. and Ki-67 in 66 cases of primary astrocytic neoplasms of the brain were evaluated with immunohistoc hemical LSAB method. Among 47 cases of tumor with followingup data, the expressions of P21-rasP53 protein and Ki-67 and surviving factors were synthetically analysed. Results The expression of P53 protein, and Ki-67 were closely correlated with the differentiation grade of neoplasms (F=12.83 P<0.01,F=34.74 P<0.01). The positive expression of P53 protein and higher indices of Ki-67 in neoplasms showed bad prognosis. The expression of p53 and Ki-67 showed positive correlative (r=0.37 P<0.05). The expression of P21-ras protein in tumor was no correlated with the differentiation grade of neoplasms and prognosis. Conclusions The results suggest that the expression of p53 and ki-67 were closely associated with prognosis of the neoplasms and they could objectively reflect to tumor proliferating, defferentiation and the degree of malignancy. There are H-ras mutant gene in the astrocytic neoplasms.
