Based on the introduction of the concept of third party logistics,this paper analyzes the third party logistics operator＇s legal status and the necessity and difficulties of the creation of special law on modern logistics,explores the ways of handling the disputes of third party logistics,that is,confirming in proper order the nature of the contract,the legal status of third party logistics operator,the applicable law of solving up disputes,etc,and introduces the solutions to the disputes of third party logistics.
