摘要
为加强矿业权的科学管理、维护矿业权人的合法利益,保证国家矿产资源的合理开发和利用,矿业权核查工作已在全国全面开展。为保证矿业权核查工作的准确性,坐标系统的选择及地面控制测量显得尤为重要。本文从矿业权核查中的坐标系统选择与转换,以及地面控制测量的基本要求、GPS网的技术设计、选点与标石埋设、仪器设备的技术要求、GPS观测与记录、GPS网平差计算处理等方面,探讨矿业权核查中的相关测量技术问题。
To strengthen scientific management of mineral rights,safeguard the legal interests of mineral rights owner and guarantee reasonable development and utilization of national mineral resources,the mineral rights checking work has been conducted in an all round way in the whole country.The choice of coordinate system and ground control surveying are critical to the accuracy of the checking work.This paper discussed relevant surveying technique issues with the work,including choice and conversion of coordinate systems,basic requirements of ground control surveying,technical design of GPS network,spot choosing and mark stone laying,technical requirements of instruments and equipments,GPS observation and records,GPS network error compensation calculation and treatment,etc.
