针对黄冈市近几年举行的农村劳动力转移培训情况,探讨分析农民参与培训积极性不高的原因、存在的弊端及提高其积极性的对策,为黄冈市及各部门继续做好该项工作提供一定的参考。

Aiming at the transfer training situation of the rural labor force held in Huanggang in recent years,discussing about the causes why the farmer＇s activity is not enthusiastic to participate in the training,the disadvantages and the countermeasures to improve their activity,which provide some reference to continue to do the project well in Huanggang city and all the departments.
