摘要
张居正是明中后期最杰出的改革家,他在十年内阁首辅任职期间,所主导的"万历新政"成就斐然在很大程度上得益于其用人之道。张居正用人之道所彰显的人才观主要包括五个方面:即重用循吏,慎用清流;以才能为圭臬,用人不拘一格;人尽其才,才职相称;检查与考核相结合;整顿学政,培养经世致用之才。
Juzheng Zhang was one of the most outstanding reformers in the middle and late of the Ming Dynasty. Durng his ten year's tenure as a Prime Minister, he proposed long-term New Policy and largely got the achievement which profited from his policy on how to use competent people. The view on talents Juzheng Zhang had been following consists of 5 aspects showed as follow: Put a good government official in an important position, use with great caution those who just speak loud without action; put ability as the standard while choosing employees; ability matching title; combination of check and assessment; neatening the academic enviromnent and cultivate available talents.
