少数民族地区中学图书馆的读者服务工作——以贵州天柱第二中学图书馆为例

On the Service to Readers of Libraries in High Schools of Ethnic Minorities——A Case Study of Library of No.2 High School of Tianzhou County in Guizhou Province

文章通过对贵州天柱县第二中学图书馆读者服务工作的梳理,根据少数民族地区中学图书馆服务对象大多数是少数民族教师和学生的特点,指出少数民族地区中学图书馆既要做好与一般中学图书馆有共性的读者服务工作,又要做好适合少数民族教师和学生特点的有个性的读者服务工作,这样才能使图书馆更有效地服务于少数民族地区中学的教学和研究。

After reviewing the services to readers of library of No.2 High School in Tianzhu county in Guizhou province, this paper seeks to show that the majority of the readers of libraries in minority areas are minority teachers and students, which makes the service to readers is particular though it has something in common with other ordinary libraries. And the two points must be mastered well if the libraries play a good part in serving to enhance the teaching and research of high schools in minority areas.
