摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌手术患者实施健康教育路径的效果。方法:将60例乳腺癌患者随机分成两组,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,观察组按健康教育路径表,由床位护士有计划地从入院到出院,对患者及其家属给予全程、个体化的健康教育。结果:观察组患者住院日数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识掌握情况及患者的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用健康教育路径实施健康教育,能提高患者对护理工作的满意度,规范护理工作流程。
Objective:To investigate the effect of health education path on patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given traditional health education,the patients in the experimental group were given the tables of health education path.The patients and the family members were given whole range and individual health education from hospital admission to discharge.Results:The average curative time in experimental group was significantly lower than in control group(P0.05).The health knowledge and satisfaction in experimental group was significantly higher than in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Health education path can enhance the work efficiency,degree of patients' satisfaction and improve the nursing process.
