唇腭裂新生儿父母的角色功能评估与指导

Assessment and guidance of role function for parents of newborns with cleft lip and palate

目的:探讨护士与唇腭裂新生儿父母的有效协同护理模式。方法:对29例唇腭裂新生儿的父母54人进行2次父母角色功能评估,针对性实施父母角色功能指导。结果:出院时唇腭裂新生儿父母角色功能明显改善,差异有统计学意义;新生儿父母对护理工作总满意度100%。结论:对唇腭裂新生儿父母的角色功能进行评估,并针对性地实施父母角色功能的指导,有利于形成一个有效的协同性护理格局。

Objective：To study the effective collaborative nursing model of nurses and parents of cleft lip and palate.Methods：To assess the role functional of parents for 54 parents of 29 cases of newborns with cleft lip and palate twice,and to guide targeted with the role function parents.Results：The role functional of parents were improved obviously at the time they are discharged from hospital,parents total satisfaction 100%.Conclusion：To assess the role functional of parents for the parents of the newborns with cleft lip and palate,and to guide targeted with the role function parents is conducive to the formation of an effective collaborative nursing pattern.
