脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复护理

The early recovery nursing for patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiparalysis

目的:探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理的方法和效果。方法:将80例脑卒中患者随机分成两组各40例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上行早期康复护理,包括心理康复护理、肢体功能锻炼、日常生活能力训练、家庭康复护理等。结果:经康复训练患者功能恢复明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理,可降低偏瘫患者肢体残疾程度,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the methods and effect of early recovery nursing for cerebral apoplexy hemiparalysis patients.Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group was implemented early recovery nursing,including psychological nursing,recovery instruction and recovery education.Results：The function of observation group was obviously better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Implementing early recovery nursing to cerebral apoplexy hemiparalysis patients can reduce disability degree and the quality of life can be improved.
