摘要 目的:探讨紫外线加CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的效果及护理经验。方法:随机选取同期150例尖锐湿疣患者应用紫外线加CO2激光治疗为治疗组,150例尖锐湿疣患者单纯用CO2激光治疗为对照组,比较两组患者治愈时间、复发率。结果:两组患者短期疗效(3个月)分别为治疗组治愈率为86.67%、对照组治愈率为66.67%,而远期疗效(18个月)治疗组复发率为20.0%、对照组复发率为40.0%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫外线加CO2激光是治疗尖锐湿疣的新方法,复发率低,同时做好护理工作对本病有着积极的意义。 Objective:Discuss the effect and nursing experience of the method of treating condyloma acuminta by ultraviolet irradiation combining with CO2 laser radiation.Method:150 cases of condyloma acuminta who receiving ultraviolet irradiation combining with CO2 laser radiation were chosen as the treatment group,and 150 cases of condyloma acuminta who receiving CO2 laser radiation were chosen as the control group.Clinical healing time and recurrence rate of each group was compared.Results:Short-term clinical healing rate(3 months) was 86.67% in the treatment group,and 66.67% in the control group.While long-term(18 months) recurrence rate was 20.0% in the treatment group,and 40.0% in the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Ultraviolet irradiation combining with CO2 laser radiation is a new method of treating condyloma acuminta.Patients undergoing ultraviolet irradiation combining with CO2 laser radiation tend to do well with a lower recurrence rate,simultaneously,good nursing care has the positive significance to patient's healing and prognosis.
