90名在校男护生职业心态的调查分析

Study on the attitude professional attitude of 90 male nursing students in school

目的:了解男护生职业心态及其影响因素。方法:通过调查问卷,对90名男护生进行调查。结果:男护生职业心态极不稳定,只有17.68%的在校男护生比较坚定自己的选择,52.22%的男护生毕业后会选择转行。影响男性从事护理工作的因素是多方面的,其中最主要的影响因素是观念因素,占43.33%。结论:对选择护理专业的男性而言,考虑更多的不是工作本身的难度,而是该如何树立正确的职业心态及有效地应对方法。

Objective：To study the professional attitude and in fluencing factors of male nursing students.Methods：Ninety male nursing students were investi-gated with questionnaire.Results：Male nursing students in vocational unstable mentality,only17.68 percent of male nursing students at school quite firm in their choice,52.22% could choice change the profession.The impact of men engaged in care of a wide range of factors,the most important factor was the concept of factors,accounting for43.33%.Conclusion：The male nursing students considered not the difficulty of work itself,but howto establish a correct attitude and professional approach to effectively deal with.
