介绍由于灯丝电路故障导致岛津XUD150B-30型800mA X光机不工作,分析了维修诊断的全过程,提请注意"IFOS"指示红灯的指示,以免少走弯路,很快将故障排除。
The malfunction discussed in this article is common in the use of Varian linear accelerator. Based on the illustrative diagram and analysis of the malfunction the reconditioning method was roundly explained.
