摘要
对钢筋混凝土结构中箍筋锈蚀的研究在国内外还处于起步阶段。作为钢混结构中最先发生锈蚀的筋种,箍筋的锈蚀率往往较之主筋要大,不仅削弱了对核心混凝土的侧向约束,其锈蚀膨胀产生的应力场对核心混凝土的力学性能也会有较大的影响。本文以钢筋混凝土中钢筋锈蚀的相关实验研究成果和理论分析为基础,对矩形箍筋锈蚀后核心混凝土应力场分布做出了理论分析,并对核心混凝土所受有效侧向约束效应做了理论分析,建立了计算公式。
The studying of reinforced concrete structure on the corrosion of stirrup is still at the beginning at home and abroad. Within the reinforced concrete structure, stirrup corrosions tend to take place in the first place, far more quicker than that of the longitudinal bar corrosions, which not only weaken the concrete core lateral restraint, the stress field resulting from the corrosion expansion have significant impacts on the mechanical properties of core concretes. In this paper, based on the rectangular stirrup corrosion stress distribution research results related to experiment after the core concrete corrosion occurs, theoretical analysis is made to determine the stress field distribution as well as to the core concrete and effective lateral restraint effects, and fmally a formula is established for the reader's references.
