摘要
教师职业生涯规划通过对教师的工作及专业发展的设计,协调教师个人内在需求和学校长远目标需求的关系,实现教师的职业生涯目标和学校发展目标的统一。针对目前高职教师职业生涯发展面临的一些问题,从社会方面、学校方面及教师个人方面提出了相应的对策。
Teacher's career planning is the coordination of the internal needs of individual teachers and the long-term need of schools that achieve the unity of career goals of teachers and develop purpose of schools through the design of the work of teachers and professional development.Now there are some problems to development of vocational teacher's career planning,countermeasures were put forward from the society,college and teachers.
