高职院校图书馆构建读者评估监督机制的思考

目前高职院校图书馆要改善服务质量,提高服务水平,建立读者参与监管的机制是非常必要、及时的。读者评估监督机制的引进有利于确立读者主体地位,增强读者权益意识,提升馆员服务意识,强化岗位职责,优化图书馆人文环境,完善图书馆管理机制,加强图书馆内涵建设。高职院校图书馆可通过读者直接参与图书馆管理工作、成立读者协会、引进义工直接参与图书馆服务工作、在本馆网页上设置读者监督平台等有效途径实施读者评估监督机制。

Currently College Library to improve se rvicequality,improve service levels,the establishment of the reader participate in the monitoring mechanism is very necessary and very timely.Readers to assess the introduction of monitoring mechanisms will help strengthen the dominant position and interests of readers awareness,update and strengthen the awareness of services librarian job responsi-bilities,optimizing library human environment,improve the library management system,strengthen the construction of library content.College Library by the reader directly involved in library management,the establishment of the reader Association,introduced the work of volunteers direct-ly involved in library services,Set in the Museum website readers effective ways to monitor the implementation of the reader platform assessment and monitoring mechanism.
