摘要
介绍了一种利用压力传感器测试药物输送时人体肌肉阻力方法。针对人体腹部肌肉,利用胰岛素泵往人体送药,采用标定法,测试在送药过程中所遇到的阻力。经测试,在胰岛素泵打药的过程中肌肉所承受的阻力是个动态变化值,最大约为9kPa,基础阻力约为0.25~1.09kPa。此测试方法为人体肌肉阻力的测试提供一种方案,在药物输送精度控制方面有很大的参考价值。
A way to study the resistance of human abdominal muscle when drug was distributing is presented. Precise pressure sensor and insulin pump were chosen and calibration method was the main technique to complete the study. The resistance of abdominal muscle was not a constant and the maximum was approximate 9 kPa and basic resistance was about 0.25 - 1.09 kPa, according to the experiments. This measurement method will provide a way to study the resistance of muscle, and will benefit the precise control of drug delivery a lot.
