子午胎钢丝间隙传感器设计与参数优化

Design and parameter optimization for a meridian wire gap sensor

摘要 为满足汽车工业中子午胎钢丝间隙的检测,提出一种结构简单的间隙传感器模型。通过ANSYS有限元软件仿真该传感器模型,并分析了传感器探头移动过程中,传感器线圈瞬态电流幅值的变化,以实现对子午胎钢丝间隙的检测。实验结果表明:该传感器模型具有较好的灵敏度和线性变化范围,很好地满足了要求,并为该类传感器的进一步设计提供了参考。 To meet the requirements of gap detecting between radial wires in the automobile industry, a simple structure gap sensor is proposed. The performance of sensor can be optimized by ANSYS finite element method ( FEM ), and the current amplitude changes in the coil during the process of probe moving of sensor is analyzed to realize detection of the gap between radial wires. The experimental results show that the sensor model has good sensitivity and linear range. It can meet the requirements and give reference to further design of such type of sensor.
