摘要
针对传统分析技术的不足,设计了基于拉曼分析技术的辛烷值在线检测系统。根据光栅型和傅立叶变换型光谱仪各自特点,选用光栅型拉曼光谱仪应用于辛烷值在线检测。在具体算法实现过程中,分别采用PCA和PLS两种方法建立关联分析模型,用于辛烷值的快速测定,指导实际的调和过程。实践证明:该系统具有检测速度快、检测费用低、检测结果可靠、经济效益高等特点。
Aimed at the inadequacy of traditional analysis techniques, an online octane number test system based on Raman analysis technology is designed. Based on the respective feature of the grating spectrometer and the Fourier transform spectrometer, the type of the grating Raman spectrometer for online detection of the octane number is selected. In the course of the specific algorithm, PCA and PLS are used respectively to establish the correlation model for the rapid prediction of the octane number of the gasoline in the progress of the actual production. Practice proves that this system has the characteristics of fast detection, low-cost detection, reliable results and high economic benefit.
