有正本《红楼梦》,诞生于民国元年,是有正书局老板狄葆贤一手炮制的,是《红楼梦》伪本的始作俑者,戚蓼生的序很可能是伪托。它的批语为当时"著名小说家"所加。《石头记》甲戌本、己卯本、庚辰本多抄自有正本批语,而署上"脂砚""脂研"等名号。有正本对程甲本《红楼梦》大肆篡改,狄葆贤眉批为其篡改张目,有意欺人。
