摘要
目的 探讨全身振动对林业作业工人神经行为功能的影响。方法 采用WHO推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(NCTB)的7 项分测验对林业集、运材作业工人的神经行为功能进行测试,并对集、运材司机所承受的全身振动强度进行测试与评价。结果 三种类型集、运材车辆Z轴振动强度均超过了ISO2631 的4 小时暴露极限值。NCTB六项测试得分(简单反应时、数字广度、非利手提转捷度、数字译码、Benton 视觉保留及目标追踪Ⅱ)与对照组相比,均差异显著。结论 在该工作条件下,集、运材工人神经行为功能发生了明显改变,其中某些行为变化与振动强度及接振工龄间存在明显的剂量-
Objective To probe the occupationalharm fuleffectof whole body vibration on neurobehavioralfunction of forestw orkers. MethodsNeurobehavioralfunctions offorestlogging and transporting w orkers w ere tested by Neurobehavio- ralCore TestBattery (NCTB)recom m ended by WHO. Conclusions Under this w ork condition, neurobehavioralfunction offorest logging and transporting workers changed obviously, and therew ere obviously does-responserelationships betw een som e neurobehavioralchangesand exposure duration and vibration levels.
