大学生社会适应能力的培养刍议

A Discussion on the Cultivation of College Students’ Social Adaptation

社会的发展,促使人们生活节奏加快,竞争加剧,人际关系日益复杂,这就要求人们积极向上,敢于面对现实,具有适应社会的能力。大学生作为一个特殊群体,其社会适应带有自身的特点,如社会角色的适应、人际关系的适应、学习压力的适应、就业选择的适应等等。从大学生良好社会适应能力的标准入手,对大学生社会适应能力进行了具体分析,进而提出了如何增强大学生社会适应能力的建议。

With the development of society, people are living a quickening pace of life. And the growing competitions among people make the interpersonal relationship become increasingly complex. Therefore, it requires us to have a positive and realistic social adaptation. As a special social group, college students＇ socialadaptation has its own characteristic such as the adaptation of social role, interpersonal relationship, study stress, choosing job and so on. In this paper, I start with the standard of good social adaptation and have a specific analysis of some existing problems. In addition, feasible measures are presented to improve their social adaptation.
