摘要 以纳豆菌悬浊液的吸光值作为检测标准,对纳豆菌的培养条件进行研究,探讨了种龄、接种量、温度和时间对纳豆菌生长的影响。确定最适种龄为22h,最佳接种量为5%。其最佳发酵工艺确定为:发酵温度为35℃,发酵时间25h。 In this essay,taking the OD value of Bacillus natto suspension liquid as detection standards to study the cultivation conditions of Bacillus natto,discussed the effect of seed age,inoculation amount,temperature and time on the growth of Bacillus natto and determined the most appropriate age of seed was 22h,the best amount of inoculation was 5%.The best fermentation process was determined that the fermentation temperature was 35℃ and the fermentation time was 25h.
