摘要
从教学评估的理论与方法出发,认为目前正在开展的军队院校教学工作评价,是军校内部的微观评估,是军队高等教育和任职教育评估的重要组成部分。开展教学评估的思想基础是明确教学评估的目的、功能和职能,确保教学评估作用发挥的关键是正确地开展评价的方法。
Based on the theories and methods of teaching evaluation, this paper indicates that the present teaching work evaluation for military academies is not only an internal micro-evaluation, but also an important part of military higher education evaluation and post-oriented education evaluation. The ideological basis of teaching evaluation comes from making clear its purpose and functions. A correct evaluation method is the key to ensure that the evaluation takes into effect.
