摘要
海军现代化建设需要大量的复合型人才,这要求指挥员必须有过硬的基础知识、专业知识、诸兵种知识和科技知识。同时,还必须具有把知识转化为谋略的能力,善于在动态的发展中灵活机动地把握主动权的能力。但部队指挥、参谋人员驾驭新型装备的能力还存在不足,对信息化军事技术的运用和掌握与实际需求尚有一定的差距。文中针对目前海军在人才培养方面存在的短板进行了阐述,并提出了相应的解决办法。
Naval modernization requires talents with comprehensive capabilities. Besides having good basic knowledge, professional knowledge, all-service knowledge, science and technology knowledge, commanders should also have the capabilities to transfer knowledge to stratagem and to be both flexible and active in the dynamic situations. There are still defects in military commanders' capabilities of mastering new equipments and using military information technology in practice. This paper illustrates the shortcocming in cultivating talents in military troops and colleges, and put forwards some countermeasures to solve those problems.
