摘要
海军战役基本指导思想是海军战役理论的核心,正确认识其所具有的基本特征,对于确立信息化条件下海军战役基本指导思想的内涵具有十分重要的意义。文中从历史辩证的角度揭示了海军战役基本指导思想的四个本质特征,即继承性与创新性的统一、理论性与实践性的统一、现实性与前瞻性的统一、对抗性与借鉴性的统一。
The basic guiding ideology of navy battle is the core of strategic principle. Correctly understanding the characteristics of the basic guiding ideology of navy battle plays a significant role in establishing its connotation under the informative condition. Four essential features of the basic guiding ideology of navy battle have been revealed in terms of the historical dialectics, they are, the unity of innovation and inheritance, the unity of theory and practice, the unity of actuality and predictability, and the unit of reference and antagonism.
