摘要
在冶金工业全氢光亮钟罩式退火炉生产中,需用大量的纯氢气.氢气的制取方法很多,最经济、最实用的制氢方法应为从焦炉煤气中制取纯氢气,即利用变压吸附技术从焦炉煤气中提取纯氢气,纯度可达99.999%.前提是提供的焦炉煤气参数必须达到制氢压缩机的洁净度要求,保证制氢系统的正常运行.在短时间内无法解决煤气质量的情况下,对现有系统进行投资少、见效快的压缩工序及预处理工序改造非常必要.
There are many ways for producing hydrogen used in the metallurgical industry,such as the bell-type annealing furnace.The most economical and practical method should be that from the coke oven gas,which employs pressure swing adsorption technology to produce hydrogen to the purity of 99.999%.However,the parameters of the coke oven gas must meet the requirement by refrigerating compressors for cleanliness to ensure the normal operation of the production system.When the gas quality can not be improved in a short time,the renovation of the existing system with a low investment and quick returns should be very necessary.
