Determination of chlorate and perchlorate in explosive residues of chlorate explosive by ion chromatography

摘要 利用离子色谱法检测氯酸盐类炸药爆炸残留物中的Cl O3-和Cl O4-,采用高容量阴离子分析柱IonPacAS23、抑制型电导检测,以KOH为流动相,等度淋洗.19 min内测定样品中包含Cl O3-和Cl O4-在内的4种阴离子,Cl O3-和Cl O4-的保留时间分别为5.0 min和17.7 min,检出限(S/N=3)分别为3.0μg/L和5.0μg/L.将此法应用于两起爆炸案的检材测定,4种阴离子的加标回收率在94.2%~101.1%之间. An ion chromatography method has been employed to determine the chlorate and the perchlorate in explosive residues of chlorate explosive based on a high capacity anion analytical column named IonPac AS23,suppressor conductivity detection and KOH used as isocratic elution.Four anions covering chlorate and perehlorate could be eluted within 19 min and the retention times of chlorate and perehlorate were 5.0 min and 17.7 min,the detection limits were 3.0 μg/L and 5.0 μg/L(S/N=3)respectively.When applied in two cases,the spiked recoveries of four anions were from 94.2% to 101.1%.
