Optimization of the Extraction Process of Luteolin from Ajuga Decumbens Thunb by Orthogonal Design

目的用正交实验优选白毛夏枯中木犀草素的最佳提取工艺。方法用高效液相色谱法测定白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量;采用正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间对白毛夏枯草中木犀草素提取量的影响。结果白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的最佳提取工艺为10倍量的60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次0.5h。结论该工艺稳定,重复性好,可以为白毛夏枯草的进一步研究提供依据。

Objective To optimize the best extraction process of luteolin from Ajuga Decumbens Thunb.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of luteolin extracted from Ajuga Decumbens Thunb;the orthogonal design was applied to observe the impacts of ethanol concentration,solvent amount and extraction frequency and time on the extraction of luteolin from Ajuga Decumbens Thunb.Results The best extraction process of luteolin from Ajuga Decumbens Thunb：60% ethanol,10 times solvent,extraction for 3 times,0.5 h each time.Conclusion This process is stable and good in repeatability,and it can provide the evidence in a further research of Ajuga Decumbens Thunb.
