虎蛇解毒方配用三氧治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

Clinical Research of Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with Hushejiedu Formula Combined with Ozonation

目的探讨虎蛇解毒方配用体外循环三氧对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能的保护作用及对HBV复制的抑制作用。方法以清热凉血解毒,疏肝健脾补肾为法,自拟"虎蛇解毒方",观察其配用体外循环三氧对慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV复制的抑制作用、肝功能的保护作用以及患者免疫功能的变化,并设干扰素组及常规护肝组进行疗效比较。结果虎蛇解毒方配用体外循环三氧组HBeAg、HBV DNA转阴率、ALT复常率及临床有效率分别为46.9%、67.5%、85%及85%;干扰素组HBeAg、HBV DNA转阴率、ALT复常率及临床有效率分别为32.3%、34.2%、71.7%及60.53%;常规护肝组HBeAg、HBV DNA转阴率、ALT复常率及临床有效率分别为5.9%、7.1%、50%及23.81%。经统计学处理,虎蛇解毒方配用三氧治疗组ALT复常率、HBV DNA、HBeAg的转阴率、免疫功能指标CD3、临床效果较常规护肝组明显提高(P<0.01),与干扰素组比较,ALT复常率、HBeAg的转阴率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但HBV DNA临床效果、免疫功能指标CD3差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论虎蛇解毒方配用体外循环三氧疗法对HBV有一定的抑制作用,对肝功能及免疫功能有改善作用,并可作为治疗慢性乙型肝炎的一种重要的治疗方法 。

Objective To explore the liver function protection of hushejiedu formula combined with EBOO（extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation）and the inhibition to HBV duplication in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods According to the treatment principle,clearing away heat,cooling blood,detoxification,smoothing liver qi,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,the self-prepared hushejiedu formula was provided in combination with EBOO to observe the inhibition of HBV duplication in chronic hepatitis B,the protection of liver function and the improvements of immune function of patients in clinical research.Additionally,interferon group and routine liver protection group were established for the comparison of therapeutic effect.Results Separately,the negative rates of HBeAg and HBVDNA and recovery rate of ALT as well as the clinical effective rate were 46.9%,67.5%,85% and 85% in the group treated with hushejiedu formula and EBOO;were 32.3%,34.2%,71.7% and 60.53% in interferon group;and were 5.9%,7.1%,50% and 23.81% in routine liver protection group.By statistical management,in the group treated with hushejiedu formula and EBOO,the recovery rate of ALT,negative rates of HBVDNA and HBeAg,CD3 level of immune function index and the clinical efficacy were all higher than those in routine liver protection group apparently.As compared with interferon group,there were no statistical differences in ALT recovery rate and negative rate of HBeAg（P0.05）;but,the significant statistical differences presented in HBVDNA,clinical efficacy and CD3 level of immune function index（P0.05）.Conclusion Hushejiedu formula combined with EBOO has a certain inhibition of HBV and the improvements of liver and immune functions.It can be the important therapeutic method for chronic hepatitis B.
