摘要 采用离心沉降相关原理完成旋风分离器的设计,基于先进的三维造型软件Solidworks实现旋风分离器的实体造型,通过Gambit软件进行网格划分和边界条件设定,在Flunt软件中对旋风分离器流场进行分析,具有一定的现实意义和适用价值. Cyclone is designed with the centrifugal sedimentation theory and modeled with 3-D software of Solidworks.Grid partition is done and boundary condition is set with Gambit.The flow distribution in cyclone analysis is completed on the software of Fluent.It takes an important realistic meaning and practical value.
