摘要
基于2010年南方电网运行方式,对其失稳模式和解列措施适应性进行了全面的分析,主要结论如下:南方电网主要有6种失稳模式;对于其中的4种失稳模式,目前的失步解列配置基本上可以满足作出系统失步判断并实施解列的需要。主网严重故障情况下港城侧的高低周解列装置动作将海南电网与主网解列,有利于海南电网的稳定。建议积极推进电网内小水电群振荡解列系统的研发与应用,并研究修订西部省份的高周切机方案。
The out-of-step modes and validity of splitting devices of China Southern Power Grid (CSG) are thoroughly studied based on its 2010 operation mode. It is found that CSG has 6 types of out-of-step modes generally, for 4 types of which, the currently installed splitting devices can recognize them and split the grid. Splitting devices at Gangcheng will separete Hainan Power Grid from the main grid while severe faults occurring for the benefit of the stability of Hainan Power Grid. Suggestions are proposed to boost the study and development of splitting systems for the zones with hydroelectric generators of small scale in CSG, and to amend the over-frequnecy generator sheding schemes at the westen provinces.
