摘要
紧凑型输电线路有利于提高线路的输送能力和压缩输电走廊。由于这种线路广泛应用V形绝缘子串来控制导线的风偏摆动,因此,有必要关注V形绝缘子串的风偏受力情况。利用有限元软件建立了750kV紧凑型线路V形复合绝缘子力学模型,计算分析了不同夹角下V形串受力变形情况,并将计算结果与实测结果比较,验证了该计算手段的有效性。在此基础上,研究了750kV紧凑型输电线路V形绝缘子串在不同安装夹角下的风偏位移随载荷的变化,讨论了V形复合绝缘子屈曲变形的特征。
The compact transmission line has advantages of increasing power transmission capacity and reducing corridor. V-shape insulator string is widely applied to this kind of line for restricting the swing of overhead line. Thus the forced deformation of V-string is a focus to concern. Setting up a mechanical model of V-shape composite insulator applied in 750 kV compact transmission line with FEM software, this paper calculates and analyzes the force and deformation of V-string with different included angles (between the two sides of the V-string assembly), and does a comparison between the measured and calculated results to verify the calculation model. Furthermore, the characteristics of buckling deformation of V-shape composite insualtor is discussed through a study on the change of windage yaw displacement with load ratio under different included angles of 750 kV V-shape composite insualtor.
