摘要
盘南电厂TSR装置自投运至2009年6月为止,共启动了7次,但未出口动作。分析表明,盘南电厂历次TSR动作均是由于系统故障对盘南电厂造成扰动、激发了机组轴系暂态过程所致。各次扰动记录显示,盘南电厂机组各轴系扭振模式阻尼较强,暂态过程衰减较快,历次扰动均未导致机组发生次同步振荡,也没有造成盘南电厂机组轴系明显的疲劳累积。至今机组轴系不存在明显的安全性问题。
Torsional stress relay (TSR) devices in Pannan plant had started up 7 times in total from commissioning to June 2009, but didn't operate for tripping each time. Analysis shows that the start-up was caused by transients of shaft systems of turbine generators due to system disturbaces. The wave recording shows that the damping of each torsional mode was strong and the transient oscillations decayed so fast that the system disturbance did never induce subsynchornous oscillation, therefor the fatigue accumelation of shaft system has been rather minor. Up till now, the shaft system of turbine generators is secure in operation.
