摘要 针对油基润滑剂环保性差和常规的水基润滑剂持效性差、起泡严重、不抗温等问题,室内研制出一种低荧光抗高温润滑剂NMR。NMR是一种含有纳米级高分子材料和S、P活性元素的润滑剂。对其性能评价表明,该剂在膨润土浆中加量为2%时极压润滑系数降低率在80%以上;在现场聚合物钻井液中降低率为60%以上,而且润滑持效性好;抗温为180℃;对钻井液流变性无影响,略降失水,不起泡,与现场常用的正电胶钻井液、聚合物钻井液、磺化钻井液的配伍性好。 In allusion to the problems of poor environmental protection of oil base lubricant and the conventional water lubricants without long temperature resistance,serious bubbling and without temperature resistance,a low-fluorescent and high temperature resisting lubricant NMR was developed in laboratory.NMR was a kind of lubricant containing nm-scale high polymer materials and activated elements S and P.The evaluation of its property shows that when the agent was added to bentonite with the dosage of 2%,the decreasing rate of extreme pressure lubricating factor was above 80%.However,the extreme pressure lubricating factor of the polymer drilling fluid in the oilfield was larger than 60% with good lubricity and temperature resistance of 180℃.It has no effect on drilling fluid rheological properties,because it has no bubble with slight water loss.It demonstrates that it has a good compatibility with other drilling fluids
