摘要 以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、甲基丙烯酸等为基本原料合成出了新型抗温耐盐三元共聚物降滤失剂——JHLA。试验结果表明,JHLA在淡水浆与盐水浆中均具有良好的抗温耐盐性能;引入JHLA后形成的新PLUS/KCl体系抗温能力和高温高压降滤失性能明显提高,并具有良好的抗盐抗钙性能,抗氯化钠达15%,抗氯化钙达1.0%。 A new type of copolymer filtration reducer——JHLA was synthesized by using acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid,methacrylic acid as basic materials.Experimental results show that JHLA possesses good temperature resistance in fresh water and salt water muds.The produced PLUS/KCl system has obvious higher temperature resistance(over 150℃)and higher fluid loss reduction at HTHP after JHLA is introduced.It also possesses the property of salt resistance(over 15%)and calcium resistance(over 1.0%).
