羊塔克地区复杂地层高密度饱和盐水钻井液技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用适当密度的钻井液技术是复杂岩性地层钻井成功的关键。通过对羊塔克地区下第三系复杂地层不稳定因素及其对钻井作业的潜在危害进行分析研究,对钻井液的配伍进行改进,优选了适合该地区的KCl/聚合物饱和盐水钻井液体系。该钻井液体系具有良好的流变性、造壁性、润滑性和抑制性。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系对该地区顺利钻进、井下安全及油气层保护有非常好的效果。 The key of successful drilling of complex lithological formation was to use drilling fluid with appropriate density.The labile factors of complex formation of Eogene system in Yangtake Region and some potential danger in well drilling were analyzed,the compatibility of the drilling fluid was improved and the KCl /polymer saturated brine drilling fluid system was optimized as the appropriate drilling fluid.The drilling fluid system has good rheological property,plastering capacity,lubricity and inhibition.Field application result shows that the drilling fluid is effect for easy drilling of downhole safety and hydrocarbon reservoir protection.
