摘要
通过对我国消防部队大型消防装备购置的现状特点进行归纳,指出采办过程中存在的问题,并引入军用装备价值工程分析的方法,提出了大型消防装备采办费用的价值工程分析的理念和方法,对运用分析方法过程中的影响因素进行了阐述。
According to the purchase status of expensive fire equipment in china＇s fire service,the problems in purchasing were proposed.Based on the value engineering analysis of military equiment,the idea and method of value engineering analysis applied to purchase expenses of expensive fire equipment were put forward,and influencing factors were analysed.
