摘要
设计了氢发动机的怠速PID控制器,使发动机的转速迅速逼近目标转速,使发动机怠速稳定。提出了怠速过量空气系数的控制策略,对瞬态工况采用卡尔曼预测算法,对过量空气系数实行开环控制,满足实时性要求;对稳态工况采用卡尔曼滤波算法,对过量空气系数实行闭环控制,满足精确性要求。
The PID controller of hydrogen engine on idle working conditions was designed,which can make the speed quickly approach target speed and make the engine idle stably.The control strategy of excess air ratio on idle working conditions is put forward,excess air ratio is controlled in open-loop using Kalman prediction algorithm under transient conditions,meeting the realtime requirements;excess air ratio is controlled in closed-loop using Kalman filtering algorithm under steady conditions,meeting the high accurate requirements.
