摘要
分析了一种新型履带式应急排灌设备设计与开发的关键技术。该车将混流泵与履带式行走机构高度集成,其最显著的特点是排灌泵与履带式行走机构共用一台柴油机作为动力源。主要论述了履带式应急排灌车的动力共用方法、动力机械的选择、应急排灌作业特殊功能要求、行走机构、操纵系统等关键技术,并开发了一辆履带式应急排灌车。履带式应急排灌车具有流量大、机动性能好、复杂道路通过性好等特点,适用于抗洪排涝、抢险救灾等紧急排水工程。
Key techniques on developing a new tracked vehicle for emergent irrigation and drainage are discussed.The vehicle is an integration of a horizontal mix-flow bump system and a tracked vehicle.The distinctive characteristic of the integration is that a diesel engine is shared by the bump system and the running system.Whole structure configuration is determined according to its function requirements.One of the most important devices in this vehicle is a new transmission which is designed to connect a diesel engine and bump or running system.The transmission can be used to share power between bump and running system through a clutch and an operating mechanism at different time.Other special functions of the vehicle,such as automatic filling the bump,automatic sucking diesel while the vehicle works continuously,illumination during working all through the night,a running system,a manipulation system,and vehicle body are analyzed and designed.Several digital design methods are applied for developing such a vehicle,such as 3-demensiona modeling method,finite element analysis method,motion simulation method,etc.The vehicle is with large flow capability,good flexibility,and good trafficability,and can be used for emergent irrigation and drainage.
