球罐的工作条件及结构特征决定了球罐的技术条件是相当高的,下料、坡口加工、装配精度、装焊顺序、焊接质量都要严格控制,采用焊条电弧焊,要求焊工的技术水平较高,并要有严格的检验制度,对每一生产环节都要认真对待。
The working conditions and structure characteristics of spherical tank decide that the technique conditions must be high.Blanking,chamfering,assembling accuracy,assembling and welding sequence and welding quality must be strictly controlled.Since manual metal arc welding is used,the skill of the welding worker is required to be high and strict test system is required,each link for production should be well done.
