人工杂交法获得拟南芥酯酶基因位点AT1G54790/AT2G429双突变体及其PCR鉴定与表型分析 被引量:1

摘要 以拟南芥T-DNA插入纯合突变体AT1G54790和AT2G42990为亲本,采用人工杂交技术与PCR鉴定相结合的方法获得了AT1G54790/AT2G42990纯合双突变体,并对表型进行了初步分析。 In this paper,the author crossed T-DNA inserted homozygous mutants AT1G54790 with AT2G42990 to produce AT1G54790/AT2G42990 double-mutant and used PCR technique to identify homogeneous double-mutant.In addition,the phenotype of homozygous double-mutant were analyzed.
