摘要
对恩薯2号甘薯施用不同含量的硒矿粉、富硒复混肥和Na2SeO3溶液3种硒肥,研究甘薯的表现与富硒量。结果表明,3种硒源均可以提高甘薯的含硒量;甘薯块根的富硒能力高于叶片,成熟的叶片富硒量高于幼嫩的叶片;甘薯块根的含硒量分布不同,其表皮>中部>头部、尾部,头部和尾部的差别较小;3种硒源的当季利用效果以Na2SeO3最好,其叶面喷施的浓度应低于200mg/L,浓度达到400mg/L时,叶片灼伤加重,植株含硒量下降。在试验的范围内,未出现硒矿粉、富硒复混肥对甘薯的肥害现象。
The different selenium content of selenium ore powder,selenium-enriched compound fertilizer and Na2SeO3 solution application on sweet potato of Enshu NO.2, The result indicated: ①The three kinds of selenium sources could improve the selenium content of the sweet potato.②The selenium content of sweet potato roots more than leaves, mature leaves more than tender leaves; ③The distribution of the selenium content of sweet potato roots was different, the epidermisthe middlethe head and the tail, the head and the tail is minor difference; ④The best utilization effect of the three kinds of selenium sources was Na2SeO3,the concentration of foliage spraying should lower than 200 mg / L, when the concentration higher than 400mg / L,the burns of leaves aggravated, and the selenium content of the plant decreased; ⑤In the test range, the fertilizer harm of the selenium ore powder,selenium-enriched compound fertilizer was not found.
