耐镉蜡状芽孢杆菌SY的筛选鉴定及其培养条件优化 被引量:2

摘要 从沈阳张士灌区镉污染土壤中筛选出一株对镉吸附性强的耐镉细菌SY,经形态学观察、生理生化测定和16SrDNA序列分析,确定SY为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。在Cd2+初始浓度为20mg/L条件下,通过改变培养温度、培养时间、pH值、渗透压(NaCl的含量)等条件研究细菌SY吸附镉的最优生长条件。结果表明,最优条件为培养温度40℃,培养时间27h,pH值7,NaCl含量0.5%。 A bacterium named as SY with high resistance against cadmium (Cd) was isolated in Zhangshi cadmium contaminated irrigation area of Shenyang. This bacterium (SY) was identified as Bacillus cereus by the morphological, physiological, biochemical and 16S rDNA analysis. The optimum growth conditions of SY at the initial Cd concentration of 20 mg/L in medium were studied at different temperature, time, pH value and osmotic pressure (NaCl content). The results revealed that the best growth could observed after cultivating SY in pH 7, 0.5% NaCl medium for 27h at 40℃.
