摘要
选择体重、胎次、泌乳量接近的健康荷斯坦奶牛48头,研究不同温湿指数(Temperature-humidity index,THI)对奶牛外周血抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,奶牛外周血超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,在夏季高温季节比冬季均呈现极显著的下降(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)的含量在夏季高温季节则表现极显著的上升(P<0.01)。抗活性氧(anti-ROS)活性在THI为83.58时最低。所以热应激显著影响了奶牛外周血的抗氧化指标。
48 Holstein cows were used in the present study to examine the influence of heat stress on antioxidant index in peripheral blood of them, which had identical body weight, parities and milk yield under different temperature-humidity index (THI). The results showed that the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and anti-reactive oxygen species (anti-ROS) of peripheral blood significantly reduced(P0.01), while the activity of malondialdehyde (MDA) significantly increased (P0.01) when THI was 83.58. The antioxidant index was significantly affected by heat stress.
