摘要
选用一定量的光合细菌和芽孢杆菌,配置成8种不同比例的混合菌,并研究这8种不同比例的混合菌对乌鳢养殖水体的净化作用。结果表明,在光合细菌∶芽孢杆菌=3∶1时,对提高乌鳢养殖水的溶解氧效果最优;在光合细菌∶芽孢杆菌=1∶3时,对乌鳢养殖水的氨氮去除率和COD去除率最优;各种比例的混合菌均可以降低乌鳢养殖水的pH值,互相无明显差异。
Using the certain amount of photosynthetic bacteria and Bacillus,configured them into eight different proportions of mixed bacteria,then determined the proportion of these eight different mix of bacteria on cultured snakehead water purification.The results showed when Bacillus subtilis equaled 3∶1 in the photosynthetic bacteria, the right to improved dissolved oxygen in the water snakehead farming had optimal results when Bacillus subtilis equaled 1∶3 in photosynthetic bacteria, it was had the right ammonia snakehead farming water removal and COD removal rate of the best. Various proportions of the bacteria could be reduced cultured snakehead water pH, only a proportion of it had no obvious advantage.
