摘要 斑马鱼胚胎作为一种模式生物,具有很多其他模式生物所不具备的优点,已被广泛应用于生物学各领域,具有十分广阔的发展前景。介绍了斑马鱼胚胎的生物学优点及其在化学物质毒性和致畸性研究、心血管研究、内分泌干扰研究和基因抑制技术研究等方面的进展。 As a model organism, zebrafish embryos have many advantages compared with other model organisms, and have been used widely in various biological fields with vast potential for future development. This paper introduced the biological advantages of zebrafish embryos and research progresses in chemical toxicity and teratogenicity, cardiovascular disease, endocrine disruption and gene suppression.
