This article took the main bodies of agricultural scientific and technical achievement transformation——scientific and technical achievement supplier, demand and agency as a breakthrough point, then analyzed the behavior goal as well as behavior game of various main bodies. Based on this, constructs agricultural scientific and technical achievement transformation system including coordinated participation main bodies, so as to promote agricultural scientific and technical achievement transformation.
