载脂蛋白A5与2型糖尿病合并冠心病相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨载脂蛋白A5(APOA5)与2型糖尿病(DM)合并冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法研究对象共90例,观察组(CHD合并2型DM)30例,对照组(2型DM)30例,正常组(门诊体检正常者)30例。测定血清APOA5、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、APOA1、APOB100。结果①观察组和对照组的APOA5水平较正常组降低(P<0.05),观察组较对照组降低(P<0.05),观察组和对照组的TC、TG和LDL-C均较正常组明显升高(P<0.05),观察组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。而HDL-C、APOA1和APOB100水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②血清APOA5水平与血清TG水平之间呈显著的负相关(P<0.01);血清APOA5的水平与血清TC、LDL-C、APOB100水平有负相关的趋势,与HDL-C、APOA1和血浆葡萄糖(Glu)水平之间有正相关的趋势,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 APOA5与CHD及2型DM关系密切,是调节TG代谢的重要因子,同时APOA5降低是CHD和2型DM的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between APOA5 and coronary heart diseases (CHD) with type Ⅱdiabetes. Methods A total of 90 persons were recruited from the hengshui Harrison international peace hospital, divided into three groups by disease, Among them, 60 were patients from department of endocrinology in hospital, 30 were patients with CHD and type Ⅱdiabetes, 30 were patients with type Ⅱdiabetes, 30 were patients of control group from clinic service of endocrinology. APOA5 in patients were measured by ELISA method. TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in serum were measured. Results The levels of APOA5 in CHD with type Ⅱdiabetes group and type Ⅱdiabetes group were lower than that in control group(P〈0.05), CHD with type Ⅱdiabetes group was more lower than type Ⅱdiabetes group. TC, TG and LDL-C in CHD with type Ⅱdiabetes group and type Ⅱdiabetes group was higher than that in control group (P〈0.05). There was no obvious difference between three groups on HDL-C, APOA1 and APOB100 (P〈0.05). Conclusion The levels of APOA5 in CHD patients with type Ⅱdiabetes and type Ⅱdiabetes patients were closed related to CHD with type Ⅱdiabetes, and it is important factor of regulating TG metabolism. Decrease of APOA5 may be one of risk factor in CHD and type Ⅱdiabetes.
