摘要 目的了解深圳市光明新区慢性非传染性疾病患者对社区服务中心满意情况。方法随机抽取公明街道各个社区健康服务中心管理的326位糖尿病和高血压患者,采用问卷方式进行调查。结果大部分慢性病患者对社区健康服务中心的就医环境、方便程度、医疗费用、服务态度和医疗质量等认可度较高。结论慢性病患者对社区卫生服务满意度总体上较为满意,社区卫生服务得到社区居民的广泛认可,各部门应采取积极措施来进一步提高社区居民的满意度水平。 OBJECTIVE The essay intends to know about the satisfaction degree of the patients of the chronic and non-contagious disease regarding to the service of Guangming New Area of Shenzhen. METHOD Chose 326 patients of diabetes and hypertension randomly from each community health service centers of Gongming Street, and make a questionnaire investigation with written form. RESULTS Most of the chronic disease patients are highly appreciate the medical environment, convenience, medical cost, service attitude and quality of the community health service centers. CONCLUSION The Chronic disease patients are relatively satisfied with the service of the community medical service generally, and the community health service has been widely accepted by the resident of the community, and all departments should further take actions to improve the satisfaction degree of the community residents in the future.
